THE WOLVES Fan who ran onto the pitch to remonstrate with Uriah Rennie during the Bolton game on Monday has been banned for life by Wolverhampton Wanderers.

THE WOLVES Fan who ran onto the pitch to remonstrate with Uriah Rennie during the Bolton game on Monday has been banned for life by Wolverhampton Wanderers.

James Davison from Telford was today banned for life by Wolverhampton Wanderers following his dash towards the pitch where he remonstrated with Uriah Rennie before being lead away by Paul Ince and Stewards.

Davison was just one of many fans who tried to break onto the pitch - but unfortunately for him - he was the only fan who was allowed to make his way to Rennie following Bolton's 92nd minute goal.

Whilst we do not condone his actions Davison was given a standing ovation from 30,000 Wolves Supporters who understood why he made the 50 yard dash to the Sheffield Based "official".

Rennie had missed two blatant and one good penalty shout during the match which forced Wolves Manager Dave Jones to make a personal attack on the official in which he branded Rennie as "arrogant" and "trying to prove a point".
