WE TAKE a look at the chap in black ahead of Saturdays crucial Premiership game with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge..

From the second Sami Hyypia headed Liverpool into a 93rd minute lead at Anfield last week, things started to go wrong. Leicester equalised in the last few seconds, Portsmouth beat Southampton and Leeds were incredibly lucky to beat Man City to move off the bottom place of the league and leapfrog Wolves.

Saturdays game against Chelsea again will be incredibly tough. Wolves are still yet to win away, but we take a look at the referee on the day, Mr S. Dunn

Steve Dunn, from Bristol has brandished 69 yellow cards and five red cards in just 22 Premier League games this season.

One of the red cards brandished by Steve Dunn went to Wolves' Alex Rae at the infamous "Battle Of The Riverside" on November 1st. As a result of a Wolves appeal, the red card received by Rae was taken away, but the incidents which took place on that day still left a lot to be desired.

Without going through the whole saga, Paul Butler was charged by the FA for "bringing the game into disrepute and using threatening, violent or insulting behaviour" after an incident which happened in the tunnel after the game. However, Paul Butler late won an appeal against the charges and escaped with a small fine.

Steve Dunn failed to control the events which took place at the Riverside Stadium that day and Wolves will be hoping for a better performance from him at Stamford Bridge on saturday.

The 2-0 defeat at the Riverside back in November has been the only Wolves game Steve Dunn has taken charge of so far this season.

Steve Dunn has also taken charge of just one Chelsea game this season.

Dunn was in charge of Chelsea's shock 1-0 defeat at home to Liverpool on the 7th January and showed two yellow cards and one red card.
