Alex Rae today commented on Kenny Miller and his future as a football star. Well lets hope that its not going to be the Proudlock pattern... Many young players start off very promising but not many always make it to the big time.

Kenny however, is an execption. After starting his career at Hibs and then moving to Rangers things were looking up for the young Scotsmen.

However, a flurry of foriegn players saw his first team chances limited, and after an impressive loan spell with Wolves, Miller made the trip down south to be become a Molineux favorite.

Miller was hindered by his broken collar bone in his push for regular first team football, but his partnership with Blake was a joy to watch when on loan.

Clearly Jones doesn't believe in the two little men at the front as so the form of Sturridge has kept him out of the team.

And, when given a rare chance Miller has not always impressed. Being sometimes played on the right or as a link man has not suited his game.

This has caused some Wolves fans to question the three million Wolves forked out for him but Rae, Wolves' player of the season, leapt to his defence.
"Everyone at Molineux has high hopes of Kenny," said Rae. "I reckon he is going to become one of the best strikers in the business.

Rae continued saying"He was thrown out of gear by his collarbone injury but next season he will be back to his best."

Much of the media had described Miller as one to watch and we can only hope that this pressure doesn't do what is has done to Adam Proudlock(described as the next Steve Bull) who has fluttered out of the first team picture and only clocking up three goals all season.

So, big things for Miller next year? We can only hope and pray that things work out well and Miller helps fire us to the Premiership.

Meanwhile, Andy Sinton looks set to carry on his playing career as he has said that he has had "plenty of offers" from home and abroad.
