 Dave Jones has admitted that Wolves need more players, and he hopes a "couple in" by the Wednesday or Thursday next week.

 It is obvious that Dave Jones needs to do something with his current squad. 9 goals conceded in a game and a half of football is clearly not good enough.

 The performances in the last two Premiership games were of Division One standard, and Dave Jones has admitted that the Wolves need new players and that he hopes to have a couple more players in by the time the transfer window closes.  

 Jones told the Birmingham Post “We need new players, but we need everyone fit as well"

 With only 7 days before the Transfer Window comes crashing down on Premiership clubs, Jones is finding it difficult to add to his squad.

 Jones added “It’s very difficult to get players in, we’re trying really hard to bring in the ones we want though. And when you’re trying to attract players, they might now think they’re in for a battle here after our first two results.

“We’re hoping that by Wednesday or Thursday, that we’ll have a couple in if everything goes right. But until it’s signed, sealed and delivered I’ll reserve judgement.”
