Wolves have one of the best youth set-ups in the Country and its names like Robbie Keane which make the set-up so famous but recently two new names have come to light - Mark Clyde and Joleon Lescott

Young Chelsea sensation Carlton Cole has voiced his opinion on up-and-coming Wolves defenders Joleon Lescott and Mark Clyde.

 Lescott made his debut in front of the Nation on a Live Televised game against Sheffield Wednesday a few seasons ago and was an instant hit. Lescott has proved himself as one of the best defenders in the Division but recently he`s found himself a very young partner - the latest exciting name in a long string of homegrown names which include the likes of Ex-Inter Milan striker Robbie Keane won his debut in a Live Televised game against Stoke 10 games ago. Not only is Clyde keeping club Captain Paul Butler out the side, Wolves find themselves un-defeated in the last 10 and only 10 games Clyde has ever played in.

 Cole who trains with World-Class defenders each week and has played against some of the best defenders in the World rates Lescott and Clyde as "the best".

 Talking to the E&S about the defenders, his football career and his start at Wolves Cole says "

"Coming on loan to Wolves hit me like a bang really, but I think it's a good idea. I can use this to get sharpen up and go back really firing for Chelsea.

"I am training here every day with the team - my uncle has been up here for a while and I am getting settled in. I would rather stay up here than in London because I want to be mentally right to do the job.

"There's some really good players here - I have come across some really good defenders in my time but Joleon Lescott and Mark Clyde are the best.

"Because I'm new they don't know how I play but they mark me out the game. The team's not been beaten since Clydey's been in it and that says it all.

"At Chelsea I get loads of advice from Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Eidur Gudjohnsen and I'm trying to do the same up here. "
