Wolves have today completed the signing of Chelsea`s young star Carlton Cole on a months loan.

Dave Jones has been searching for a striker for a while after target men Blake and Ndah were both struck with nasty injuries.

Cole has scored 3 goals for the Pensioners this season, including two off the substitute bench in only 4 games.

Cole who is rated very highly by the Chelsea staff has been behind Zola, Hasselbaink and Gudjohnsen and with Forssel returning from injury his best bet was for him to come to Wolves on loan.

He is expected to start in the live televised game on Saturday against Rotheram.
