Alex has been a favourite with all the clubs he's been with and thats the same with him at Wolves , he's carried a hard man tag throughout his career at the likes of Millwall , Sunderland & now Wolves.

I for one relished the signing of Alex and he's proved me right his tackling and command in midfield is second to none at Wolves plus the lad can score goals , his performances this year have been outstanding and hopefully can take Wolves into the top division.

Wolves fans have adopted him as there favourite and they have a special song they sing for him which goes " Alex Rae , Alex Rae , Alex , Alex Rae he's got no hair but we don't care Alex Alex Rae".
