IT'S been a nightmare summer so far. Top players Joleon Lescott and Kenny Miller have gone, Seol, Anderton, Ross and a handful others have also left Molineux. Oh, Glenn Hoddle has resigned too.
In his final interview at Molineux before he resigned with immediate effect, Glenn Hoddle described his squad as "Skinny", but how skinny actually is it. We take a look.
The squad is currently made up of just 18 official first team players. 3 of the 18 are goalkeepers whilst 8 are defenders. 6 are midfielders whilst the first team squad consists of just 3 strikers
Sounds pretty abysmal doesn't it? Well, of that 18 one is injured (Gabor Gyepes) for the majority of the upcoming season whilst two of them (Little and Jones) have played less than an hour in the first team between them.
Bear in mind that two of the three goalkeepers can't play and it leaves the total of fit outfield players with more than 60 first team minutes experience behind them as: 13!
The squad broken down. Green (Fit) Red (Injured) Purple (Goalkeepers) Silver (Lack of experience)
