For over two years now our American owners have attached themselves to our club like leeches and sucked the blood from it. Their lies of not leveraging the club with debt were exposed early on, but nothing seems to stop them even though they be thousands of miles away. They are only too well aware of the hostility, bitterness and utter contempt they are held in, but LFC to them is just another business opportunity. The same game is being played with the banks consent that has led to the world's credit crunch, and governments seem only too quick to bale these avaricious monsters out with our money.
One bad season were we don't finish top four will now be disaster. To pay their debt they WILL sell Torres, Gerrard or whoever. Gillet and Hicks are a cancerous disease at our club and the day is coming where we as fans have to make hard decisions about the future of our club.
To cut this cancer away we might have to refuse to renew our season tickets, with the hope of solidarity from the 65 000 on the waiting list to stand firm.
These monsters are only interested in one thing, their pockets. That's the only place we have the power to hurt them and frighten the banks.
