Alex Rae, Nathan Blake and Denis Irwin have all departed from Molineux, but Dave Jones has now ended the Wolves lives of three more players, including one surprise.

As we announced yesterday, Wolverhampton Wanderers had released Nathan Blake whilst Alex Rae was set to join rangers and Denis Irwin had retired.

Dave Jones has now made it six players to depart Molineux with the news that Steffen Iversen, Oleg Luzhny and surprisingly Isaac Okoronkwo had all played their final game in the Old Gold.

The news that Luzhny and Iversen - both who have failed to impress - had not had their contracts renewed would come as no surprise, but the news of Okoronkwo's departure would have shocked many of the Barmy Army.

Meanwhile Jones is to offer Vio Ganea, George Ndah, Paul Ince and Paul Butler new contracts whilst Joey Gudjonsson, currently on loan from Real Betis is expected to remain in Wolverhampton for another season.
