Wolves Manager Dave Jones has admitted that the players he will be bringing in to add to his squad may have to be no better than what we already have.

 Dave Jones has made one addition to his squad in the January Transfer Window  - That, the signing of Romanian International Striker Vio Ganea on loan until the end of the season with the possibility of a permanent move.

 With Sir Jack Hayward handing the club over to his son, Rick, Transfer Funds are in short supply at Molineux.

 "I don`t like to bring in players that are only as good as what we`ve got but we might have to just to add a fresh face" said Jones

 The manager also believes that the players may possibly have given an under-par performance at Kidderminster on Saturday in order to save some energy for Wednesdays Premiership clash with Blackburn Rovers.

 "Possibly the Kidderminster match came too soon after the Leeds match and the players thought they would save themselves for Blackburn." Jones said.

Rio Ferdinand was due to start an 8-month ban from Football on the 12 January after failing to give a sample at a random drug test at the Manchester United training base last year.

He was found guilty, banned for 8 months and as the ban was due to start on the 12th January it means that Ferdinand would have been unable to play for the Red`s on January 17th when they play Wolves at Molineux.

However, as `clarification over the reasons behind his suspension will not be received until the middle of this week` it means that his ban will be delayed, meaning Rio Ferdinand will be allowed to play at Molineux on January the 17th.
