Report Here : Wolverhampton Wanderers 4 Crystal Palace 0 - Miller, Sturridge, Miller, Miller (pen) Kenny Miller continued the best scoring streak in the country by bagging a hat-trick to take his tally to 12 goals from 9 games in Wolves` 4-0 demolition of fellow promotion hopefuls Crystal Palace. Wolves won their first game at home for almost 3 months, and what a way to do it. Shaun Newton returned for the dropped Alex Rae who spent the game on the bench and it was Wolves who started the brighter, both Miller and Colin Cameron both coming very close early on. The fans as usual were showing signs of frustration early on, but Wolves took the lead after 40 minutes. A Kennedy cross was turned in from close range for Kenny Miller, his 10th goal in 9 games. The second half started like the first and it wasn`t until the 77th minute Wolves put the game beyond Palace. Kennedy again was the provider and Substitute Dean Sturridge prodded the ball home from around 6yrds. Wolves were now turning rampant, and Miller secured his second goal with a blistering strike from 18yrds into the top right hand corner after 83 minutes. Miller was then tugged down in the second minute of injury time, the ref pointed to the spot and Kenny Miller scored his hat-trick, stroking the ball into the bottom left hand corner.
