Your chance to vote for your Tranmere Man of the Match from this afternoon's amazing 4-3 away win at Barrow in the National League.....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Following this afternoon's rollercoaster but ultimately deserved 4-3 away win at Barrow, we are asking you to vote for you Tranmere Man of the Match from the game as part of our post-match poll series.

A dominant first half from Rovers saw them deservedly lead 1-0 at half-time thanks to an Adam Mekki penalty but a controversial penalty for the home side in the second half added to two goals on the break saw Rovers undeservedly 3-1 down as the clock passed the 90 minute mark.  

However goals in injury time from Lois Maynard, Jeff Hughes and Jake Kirby sealed a fantastic and gutsy fightback that Rovers deserved and left them to bring all three points back from a cold and damp Cumbria.

A tough one this! I thought Tomlinson was excellent but went for Jennings today - played much further forward and was excellent all round!

Having not had the best season thus far, thought jenno played like a captain today! Run his socks off all day and made the 4th goal!

A tough one really. Agree with you about Jennings but not Tomlinson. I thought Ihiekwe was excellent,particularly in the first half.

As soon as Tomlinson went off we conceded twice and at least one (and possibly both) of the goals were down to us failing to make the ball stick upfront and being hit on the break - something Tomlinson had done well all game.

The abuse towards him when he went off just one of several ways our fans let themselves down (again!)
