Goodison to Appear at Prenton Park on Saturday

Tranmere's legendary defender will be meeting and greeting fans in Aldo's ahead of the Oxford home game tomorrow....
He's back! But unfortunately for Rovers fans he's not back in a playing capacity! Tranmere have today announced that prior to Tranmere's vital League Two home game against Oxford United tomorrow afternoon, legendary Rovers defender Ian Goodison will be making an appearance at Prenton Park once again!
Goody will be in Aldo's Bar which is part of the Belmont Suite behind the Kop Stand, to meet supporters and talk about his upcoming testimonial match which is set to take place at Prenton Park on Monday 4th May.
Aldo's will be open from midday on Saturday has reduced drink price offers on a matchday as well as a free to enter raffle for every drink purchased with prizes of tickets for the next home game and a signed Rovers shirt usually up for grabs!
In addition to the pre-match appearance of Ian Goodison, Tranmere have also announced that there are two special prizes on offer for Saturday's half-time Equaliser draw. Fans attending the game will have two chances to win in the Club's half time draw with the usual cash prize for this match being a guaranteed minimum of £1,000 while the second prize will be a season ticket for the 2015/16 for the stand of their choice. For those who have never taken part in the draw before, there are numerous ticket sellers around the ground on a matchday.

To complete the information ahead of Saturday's must-win game, fans are also reminded that admission to the game has been reduced to just £10 for adults.
Young Persons (17-22) admission in the Main Stand, Paddocks and Johnny King Stand has also been reduced to £10 while Seniors (65+) admission has also been reduced to £10 in the Main Stand only.
Speaking to the Tranmere Rovers Offical Website about the ticket offer, Rovers Chairman Mark Palios said....
"The support our fans have given us this season has been exceptional and we need them more than ever now. Our season ticket holders are massively important to us and we hope they will get behind this offer too by bringing friends and family to the game. Get behind the team and help make the difference as we fight to the finish."
Tranmere are urging fans to buy in advance to avoid disappointment as tickets for some areas may be limited on the day due to demand. As usual, tickets must be purchased in advance for the Main Stand and Family Paddock and tickets can also be purchased online 24 hours a day at www.trfctickets.co.uk.
Alternatively, tickets can be purchased from the Club Shop/Ticket Office at Prenton Park with opening hours as follows:
Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 5.00pm
Midweek Match Nights: 9.30am to Kick-Off
Non-Match Saturdays: 10.00am to 1.00pm
Match Saturdays: 10.00am to Kick-Off
Suite tickets can also be purchased in advance from the Ticket Office. Admission is reduced for these as follows:
Tranmere Suite: Adults - £20.50 Juniors - £14.50
Vice Presidents’ Suite: Adults - £26.00 Juniors - £17.50
Dixie Dean Suite: Adults - £36.50 Juniors - £25.00
Supporters who have already purchased tickets for the Oxford game can obtain a refund for the difference from the Club Shop/Ticket Office ahead of the match.
