Here is hoping, what a great signing if we get him, given the choice of Forest, Brom or us then you think he will come here

I assume there will be more than just those 3 clubs looking at him, but I do hope we can some how sign him up. Will be a great signing and certainly worth investing in.

The lad is gonna be awesome. Already has bags of talent.

Could definitely be a great future No9 for us.

I could've sworn there was Premier League interest in him...any idea how much these bids are around?

I thought Moses had a £5m price tag at least (admittedly administration would knock it down a touch, but still felt it was out of our grasp...)

If thats true, then even for a club in administration, thats a p155 take.

4-5 was being banded around but think 3 mill could do and they would snap whoevers hand off.

However I just cant believe that a premier club wont take a punt on him. Whether its a top 4-5 club or the likes of Bolton and Wolves. Wolves are sniffing around Stephen Hunt but you would get Moses for less. Suppose they want proven at the moment but still.

Just hope the lad hasnt been built up too much by the club and agents to sell him.

If we have put in a decent bid then at least it is showing that Ashley is putting money into the club. Even if it is a nominal amount, its a sensible amount.

is he better than beckford? at the very least he's played and scored at a higher level, and at a younger age.

Too right it would pal. He at least 7 years younger as well so has a much greater chance of improving. Will Beckford get any better?

I've sign him play LMK and he is exceptional. I can only see him getting better and I for one will be over the moon if we sign him.

He is a top talent, but reading the interviews with his so called manager i get the feeling he will be forgotten in few months....he wants Real, Chelsea??? come on, would not see a pitch for years....Us would be a great move for him, but I just don't see it happening, sorry lads for killing the mood but.......

Do you have a reason for that? He's too good to be allowed to go to our promotion rivals for a pittance. Numerous sources have put us in the front of the pack today. Hughton has admitted interest.

We're the biggest club in for him. Something might change over the weekend, of course, but I don't understand the finality of your statement.

Apparently there's talk of Fulham, West Ham and Wigan being interested in him. Unfortunately I've not been able to watch skysports and their website doesn't say anything new but are we still 'leading' the race to sign him? Anyone know what the latest is on his potential move?

Moses won't leave until the last day of the season as Palace will wait until the last day in case of any late bids, and most clubs will panic buy so reckon there may be some twists in the transfer of the lad.

Moving to one of the big premiership clubs will be a bad move as he won't get a game and will be forgotten very quickly due to never getting any pitch time. For his own personal development then this is a bad move.

Out of the fizzy pop league clubs then we are going to be favourites as we are more likely to get promotion, play in a bigger stadium, a bigger club than the rest, looks like we are going to pay the fee straight up and we can pay the lad more wages.

But if it is true that the Hammers, Wigan and Fulham are after him then we could be in trouble. The Hammers have been linked with every forward so this could be bull but they are in desperate need of a forward, but they are looking for a proven goal scorer so I reckon they could be out of it. He fits Wigan criteria, from the fizzy pop league and got potential. Fulham have lost Zamora through injury, so he would be an ideal investment for them.

If Fulham are serious then they are the favourites, doesn't look like they will go down and more likely for a top 10 finish, they are a London club and there training ground is only about 20 minutes away from Palace so he wouldn't have to move.

Yeah TTID, I was thinking along similar lines. If Fulham come in with an offer it would be a good move as he wouldn't have to relocate plus they are already a top 10 club. Just hope our stature of being a bigger club, with promotion in our sights appeals to him and he chooses us instead.

a lot of news sources, including bbc and sky, are telling is that moses is on his way to 'a premier league club'. wigan seem to be the club they are talking about, for 2.5m

i also hear betting suspended on him to go to wigan

if its true, they must be offering him good money, he should come to us. around 40 thou crowd watch him every other game and club whos goin back to premier league or some down trodden lower premier league club who struggle to get 20 thou there every home game, lack of ambition from him i think

I must admit its very frustrating seeing us miss out on him. I really thought the move to us would be good for him but anyways we'll see him in the premiership next season and he'll wish he moved to us so its his loss not ours. Lets move on to the next target.

I don't think Wigan will go down, they are hit and miss but capable of getting a result at home against anybody. He fits there criteria as previously said. But hopefully the deal will fall through and we can jump in again.

Wigan may be the bookies favourite but it down to the lad. They may offer more but if he doesn't want to sign then he will turn them down. I still think we stand a chance and hopefully the big crowds will make him want to come to us

Honestly, if Wigan signs Moses, it's still a win for us. He doesn't go to Forest or to WBA, that's what really matters right now.

Once again Real, Barca and City morphed into Wigan at the last moment...

Make no mistake-two points clear of the drop and with the PL as open as it is this season, Wigan may well be in the CCC next season. There are less impressive squads, but then there were less impressive squads than ours last year.

Lack of ambition and head turned by money, methinks. Oh well, it's no longer ours to worry about him.
