Norweigan defender dismisses talk of Forest move

Ranheim's Tom Erik Nordberg has apparently dismissed reports that he will be signing for Nottingham Forest over the summer.

Recent reports have speculated that Forest are hot on the trail of a Norweigan defender... and after these comments from Nordberg we are still no closer to finding out who that player may be!

"I do not know if there was someone there to look at me," the player todl local newspaper 'Verdalingen'.

"I am fully concentrated on Ranheim, our season has gone well."

He did not completely rule out the suggestion that scouts had been watching him however, instead suggesting that his agent and former Forest man Jan Olav Hjelde would take care of it.
