City set for trip to London

Lincoln City have had a favourable draw in the Second Round of the Carling Cup and face a trip Premiership side, Fulham. City haven't faced Fulham since the 1998/9 season and it will be a great test for the Imps in what could possibibly be a winable game.

10 years ago, Fulham came close to being relegated out of the football league, but Mohammed Al Fayed brought them and they rose up 3 divisions in 5 years and are currently a Premiership side. The game will be played in the week commencing 19th September, with the most likely date being the 20th.
