Asamoah saga finally ends

Lincoln City have finally completed the signing of Derek Asamoah from Mansfield. The strikers arrives for a nominal fee and is believed to have been a long term target for Keith.

Asamoah has been given the number 19 shirt and goes straight into the side for the game at Southend. However, City fans shouldn't be too excited due to his record of only scoring 18 goals in well over 100 games for Northampton and Mansfield.

Asamoah has signed until next summer.
