It's down to just Lincoln and Barnet for the final relegation spot after Lincoln failed to take advantage of Barnet's defeat at Accrington by losing at Oxford. City did leave and other results meant that had results stayed the same, Barnet would be down, but now it's down to the final day.

Oxford kicked the game off and almost got off to the perfect start as former Peterborough man Alfie Potter shot just wide of the target. Asa Hall had a cross tipped behind the goal by Parish and it appeared it was going to be a long afternoon for City as Oxford dominated the opening few minutes. Despite Oxford having all the possession though, Lincoln were able to launch a counter attack when Grimes fed McCallum down the left, he sent in a cross to the back post and Cian Hughton was there to head in his second goal of the season. It was the perfect start for the Imps.

Hone was booked for a foul on teflon-shoes Constable, Payne curled the free kick wide of the target. Luke Howell hit the bar from 25 yards before Keltie headed wide for the Imps. Parish made a rare save from a shot that wasn't straight at him as he parried a Constantable shot.

Watts was booked for fouling Payne before Grimes was denied by a Clarke saved. Fuseini and Keltie had shots blocked before a corner from McCallum failed to reach anyone. Anderson was booked for a foul on Payne before the half ended in controversial fashion as Keltie played an horrendous backpass straight into the path of Craddock, the striker ran on goal before trying to found Parish, only to be bought down....the referee gave a yellow because of a covering defender in an incident that ended the first half.

Howell hit an effort wide for the Imps before Constable also failed to hit the target for the hosts. Fuseini hit the post for the Imps just before MacLean replaced McLaren for Oxford.

The hosts won a corner just after the hour mark and Parish unnecessarily came out for it, missed it and Asa Hall smashed it into the unguarded net, Purkiss replaced Batt for the hosts before play resumed. Teflon Constable dived in the area in an attempt to win a penalty, fortunately the referee ignored the claims.

City were now on the defensive and MacLean missed from a free kick but it wasn't long before the inevitable second goal came along. Potter did clever work to create space for Craddock and the striker smashed it into the goal. It wasn't long before Constable again went down easily under a challenge from Hone, and the defender was given his second yellow card and the inevitable red.

Neither side really created any more chances, leaving Lincoln as the only side that Barnet can now catch.
