Chris Sutton is wasting no time whatsoever in bringing new players to the club with the announced of a fourth immenient signing from Craven Cottage. Joe Anderson was the fourth player today to be announced on the Imps website as having agreed terms with City, the second permanent to accompany the two loanees.
Anderson has experience of Carling Cup and Europa League action this season and much like Adam Watt's signing on a permanent basis, this could be considered something of a coup for the Imps.
The youngster has been with Fulham since he was a kid and was being considered by Hodgson for the first team, so with the Imps signing him on an 18 month contract, shows the intent that Sutton has of bringing in players better than what we already have.
Watt's loan is expected to be made permanent tomorrow, whereas Uwezu and Saunders already agreeing to sign.
