FourFourTwo have City at 25/1

FourFourTwo magazine have given the Imps a relatively average 25/1 to win League Two in their latest issue. The latest issues come with a free supplement about the chances of ever team within the division and they themselves even begin to question that Peter Jackson's "cult status" is wavering.

FourFourTwo magazine rarely looks down the lower Leagues and they have imaginatively based their prediction of Lincoln City finishing 15th on the fact that we would have finished in that position two seasons in a row had it not been for Rotherham United and Bournemouth having points deductions.

The magazine gives City 25/1 on City winning promotion but shows they don't really know what they're on about by stating that John-Lewis is the player who is most likely to make a difference, an interesting analogy considering he probably won't be on the pitch that often.

They have predicted Rotherham to win the League 7/1, whereas Shrewsbury, Bradford and Northampton are all at 9/1. They do have a strange system though, rating Accrington at 66/1 and Aldershot at 40/1, but then go on to say they think Accrington will stay up and Aldershot going down, strange way of doing things.

The Times has us finishing fifth. Bit optimistic even for me but I would say top ten with good chance of play-offs.

The Rochdale website on Fanzine does consistently good predictions in terms of quality of the articles. They've done 24th to 8th so far and we're yet to feature.

A little worried by that because last time they predicted us to do well was 07/08, and we had a mare!

442 is actually a very good read. Covers alot of lower league clubs. It always features a top player/ Manager on the cover as the main interview but you won't sell many copies with Ben Davies on the front. I'm sure if everyone on here put there predictions for l2 we'd have a huge difference in opinion from top to bottom. 442 do have some strange predications eg. Newcastle to win the Championship but they may be right yet.
