It's down to Cambridge and Torquay

Lincoln City now know that it will either be Torquay United or Cambridge United coming up with Burton from League Two. Cambridge produced a brilliant comeback whereas Torquay just held onto their first leg lead, both will now meet in the final to decide which former League Two side returns.

Cambridge United trailed from the first leg against Stevenage by a 3-1 deficit. It remained goalless at half time before a deflected Wilmott cross went into the net to make it 1-0 on the day and 3-2 on aggregate, but it wasn't long until it was level as Rendell headed in a cross and the U's were level. Then, with just one minute of extra time to go, Rendell popped up again and sent the U's to Wembley.

They will face Torquay United. The Gulls had lead 2-0 from the first leg but Histon pulled one back on 16 minutes through Andrews, but they also couldn't find a winning goal and the two teams who went out to Exeter City in last season's Playoffs will now meet at Wembley.

The final takes place on May 17th.

Im not fused Cambridge is not far away from me but I wouldnt mind a trip to the south coast

Finally proper league clubs back in the league.

If Histon had made it they would have to have brought back re election.

The conference is quickly filling with ex championship/L1 sides

whilst we have Macc,Accy, D&R,Burton etc.....
