With a rare gap in the fixtures meaning Leigh have a free midweek, Genesis boss Mark Maddox didn't hesitate in ensuring his charges didn't get a rest.
Having recently taken part in taekwondo sessions, the squad returned to the gym to be put through their paces and continue to build and maintain their match fitness.
Tuesday's fitness work will be followed later in the week by a more football-centric session as the side prepare for Saturday's vital home fixture against Woodley Sports in a 3pm kick off at Crilly Park, with admission costing £7 for adults, £5 for over 65's/students and just £2 for under 18's.
