Yohan Cabaye v Demba Ba

Yohan Cabaye and Demba Ba will go head to head tomorrow as Newcastle host Chelsea, in what will be the Senegal striker's first return to St James' Park since leaving for Chelsea last month. Midfielder Cabaye has said that he will dine with Ba after the match, but on the field he is his opposite. Whilst Ba's new team mate Cesar Azpilicueta has said that the 27 year old will be fully focussed on getting three points for Chelsea

Cabaye said;

“He’s my close friend, and I’m happy to meet him in Newcastle.

He’s a fantastic person. But I’m playing for Newcastle and fighting for  Newcastle. He’s playing for Chelsea. During the 90 minutes he is going to be my  opposite.

At the end we are going to have a dinner together.A game is a game. I want the three points, and he wants the three points as  well.”

Whilst Azplilicueta was quoted saying;

"I don't know how they (Newcastle fans) feel. Demba is a Chelsea player. He's going to do his best for Chelsea. It's true that he played very well there so I think they must be disappointed because he's a very good player, but he's going to be focused on the game."

Ba is expected to start ahead of Fernando Torres tomorrow, after starting on the bench for Chelseas last two games.

It will be better for newcastle to play their game tomorrow and stop talking about Ba. The blue striker will play well and cause alot of damage to caste defence. My prayer is for Ba to score atleast a goal there tomorrow

I have no doubt that he will score tomorrow. He is on form and doing well for Chelsea.

Both Ba and Cisse will have a point to prove now they are on opposite teams.
