The 14th August is the day Newcastle United fly back into the Premiership with the opening game of the season at Old Trafford against Manchester United. Chris Hughton will be watching out for fixtures against Manchester City (a) who will still be trying to prove that money can buy a team on the 2nd October, Chelsea (h) on the 27th October & the Tyne-Wear derby falling at SJP on the 30th October.
The Christmas rush see’s the side host City’s corresponding game on Boxing day, a trip to Spurs on the 28th and Wigan away on New Years Day.
The penultimate game offers a trip to Stamford Bridge whilst West Brom will travel to the North East where Newcastle will host their final game of the season.
