Hughton Hopes To See Nacho Back

Newcastle United’s caretaker manager Chris Hughton has told the Official Newcastle website that he expects Ignacio Gonzalez to feature for the club again despite having yet recovered from an Achilles injury which has kept him out since the beginning of the season.
The Uruguayan midfielder has had a return date of mid March pencilled in for a while, but there has been no confirmation as to whether this is manageable.
Gonzalez, also referred to as Nacho, arrived on Tyneside on the last day of the Summer transfer window when Kevin Keegan was in charge and was expected by many to return over the winter months to Valencia from whom he is on loan. However from Hughton’s comments it looks like the club still have high hopes for the player.
Hughton said;
“I’m sure we will see Nacho this season. I really do feel for him.It’s been incredibly frustrating for him.
This is a lad who has missed most of the season apart from two appearances against Hull and West Ham.
He’s missed almost every game. I feel for him because he came here on a year’s loan to show what he can do.
He came here to play and that has been the big disappointment for him.”

Sorry to those who dont like to encourage him, but NACHO, whats the crack with Gonzalez. Is he more of a winger or, as I think, a centre mid playmaker.
Does he have a previous bad injury record or is it the curse of Newcastle.
Do you think he could make it in the premier league or as I fear a little light weight.
Why did his team lone him straight out to us instead of playing if he is as good as you say.

If you think Nachito is not "that good" (hasn't had the chance to prove it) as Nico says and Meli supports ...then let's trust Mister H., it seems like he knows him more than any of us XP and if he wants him back...he knows ^^.

Can't say I saw it OR that I have the time to investigate this further.

quite right annie. that said, this chap has not hidden his intentions at all from day one, and like i posted earlier, he did threaten joe with 'multiple spamming' from 100 different usernames just a few weeks ago. the admin here have seen fit to ban this guy several times, each time the same person returns under a new name. given the fact that both current users show no interest beyond the twin subjects of nacho the player and nico the poster, it safe to assume that they are at the very least in cahoots within the aim of winding us up, and are quite likely to be the same person.

Nothing has been proven yet.. therefore neither I will change my mind, nor you. It is not that hard.
Let's say the team & Nacho have had very bad luck. A lot. And we can say Nacho is Newcastle's secret weapon. As nobody knows him in the PL. They will soon though. Nobody can't prevent this.
