Swaibu leaves Lincoln City

Lincoln City's busy deadline day has seen a second player leave Sincil Bank. Moses Swaibu's poor performances on the pitch and alledged off the field antics have sen him lose virtually all respect at the football club, and he has now had his contract terminated by mutual consent.

Swaibu signed for the Imps almost two years ago to the day, making his debut in an away game at Morecambe where his inability to defend was quite evident to all in attendance. He was instantly dropped before coming back into the first team. His performances were, putting it nicely, below average up until this season, but this year has seen him make mistake after mistake before rightfully being dropped.

With a court case loomingfor alledged theft of chicken and newspaper (on separate dates) from Tescos on Wragby Road, Lincoln, it was looking extremely unlikely he would be here beyond this season and Tilson has wasted no time in getting rid of him after the influx of new players.

Moses leaves Sincil Bank with 63 appearances and 3 goals under his belt.
