Players released by new manager

New Leigh RMI manager Mark Patterson has already stamped his mark on to his Leigh RMI squad, with four players having left the club already and possibly more on the way.

Patterson's former colleague Neil Fisher has left RMI to permanently join former manager Steve Waywell in the UniBond League at Hyde United. Fisher is also joined at Ewen Fields by RMI youngster John McGill who is on loan at the Tameside club.

Patterson today also released youngster Andy Kendrick and recent signing Paddy Wilson.

37 year old former Blackburn Rovers and Sheffield United midfielder Patterson has said he will only pull on his boots and turn out for the first team if it is desperately neccesary.
