Rodders Great North Run

Rod (Rodders) and others taking part in the Great North Run in aid of THE CYSTIC FIBROSIS TRUST on the 30th September 2007 were invited to the training ground on Wednesday 26th September 2007.

The run will be Rod's 3rd for the trust and he is being supported by a number of organisations in addition to that of his friends & family.

Thank you everyone, sadly i am still having problems logging on but i want to thank every one of you for your help and i really miss coming onto Tyne Talk.

Thanks Carys for putting this up for me.

The race starts tomorrow at 10.40am and here hoping all is well and i will make it safely to South Shields in one piece.

You lot helped me out by your very touching generosity both on-line and through cash amounts kindly donated while at Shearers (especially Steerforth), but mates, work colleagues and many others have also been very supportive and generous for the cause.
Without you all, none of this could have been achieved!
My wife and I can announce that our final figure raised for Cystic Fibrosis through the Great North Run 2007 is:

£1,303.00

The cheque is on the way. Thank you to you all.
