Woking 1 Leigh RMI 0

By Matt Lawton August 26 2004
RMI's search for their first victory of the Conference season continues after they were seen off by a goal to nil by 10-man Woking.
RMI were well in the game for much of the encounter and could've quite easily grabbed a point after having their fair share of possession and goal attempts.

However, it was the hosts who took the lead after in the second half when Ian Selley's long ball found Justin Richards, who beat RMI goalkeeper Ian Martin with a low shot in to the net.

Woking's Liam Cockerill was sent off for violent conduct but unfortunately RMI failed to equalise, despite good chances falling to Chris Lane, Karl Rose and Carl Adams.
