Former Swindon striker Grazioli should've put Barnet in the lead early on but his shot was hit straight at goalkeeper Gary Kelly before Chris Plummer headed against the woodwork.
Grazioli finally gave the visitors a deserved lead, making no mistake when to turn in Simon King's inviting cross.
Ian Monk almost brought RMI back in to the game, forcing Ricky Millard into a fine save as the Railwaymen battled to get themselves back on level terms, but it was only an isolated moment of resilience, with Grazioli extending the Bees' lead, latching on to Mark Rooney's pass before firing past Kelly. Grazioli then completed his hat trick barely a minute later, smashing home a cross from Ian Hendon.
Lewis Hogg Barnet's fourth before David McNiven scored a last minute penalty to give RMI a little consolation.
The defeat further increases the pressure on RMI boss Mark Patterson, and rumours are rife that the former Bolton Wanderers and Sheffield United midfielder may bow to the pressure and resign as manager. However, they are still only rumours at the moment. One thing which is for sure though, RMI will have to show a huge improvement when they take on local rivals Accrington Stanley in the FA Cup next weekend.
