PHIL CHARNOCK

Former Crewe Alexandra and Port Vale midfielder who joined Leigh RMI early in the 2007/08 season.

Charnock, the youngest player to appear for Liverpool in a European competition after facing Apollon Limassol in the European Cup Winner's Cup in 1992, played twelve competitive games for the club before being released.

Charnock joined UniBond League Division One North side Mossley in July 2008.
