Ground Name: Memorial Stadium
Capacity: 12,011
Address: Filton Avenue, Horfield, Bristol BS7 0BF
The Away End
Stand Name: Uplands Stand
Capacity: 1,100
Seats/Standing: Standing Terrace
Covered/Uncovered: Uncovered
Location: Side of Pitch
Additional Info:
If you prefer a seat or don’t fancy the open uncovered terracing depending on the weather, visiting fans are also usually housed in the South Stand which is a temporary looking structure but is covered by a marquee type roof and is all-seated.
This stand is situated behind the goal at the far end of the Stadium and is accessed through the same turnstiles as the terraced area at the south end of the Uplands Stand as mentioned above and then through a gate into the South Stand.
Parking
Although there is a reasonably sized car park at the Stadium it is usually for permit holders only but there is plenty of street parking in the vicinity of the Stadium especially the earlier you arrive.
Getting away after the game in the direction of the M5 Motorway can be lengthy depending on the day and time of the game.
By Road
From the North:
Exit the M5 at Junction 16 which will be signposted for Filton and then take the A38 in the southbound direction towards Bristol City Centre.
After passing the vast expanses of the Airbus factory on both sides of the road including its airfield, continue on this road for around four miles passing two pubs on your left and then you will see a pub on the right called the Wellington where you can access the Stadium car park two ways…...
1) After the Wellington turn left at the traffic lights into Filton Avenue and the main entrance to the Club car park is the second road on the right.
2) Alternatively, just before the Wellington pub, you can turn left onto Muller Road (past the newsagents on the left) and then take the first right into Filton Avenue. The Stadium car park is then the first turning on the left.
By Train
The nearest station to the Stadium itself is Filton Abbey Wood which is around a 25 minut walk away (around a mile and a half).
However, the most likely arrival point for most away fans is the more regularly served Bristol Parkway which is on the mainline from Birmingham to Bristol/South West but this station is unfortunately around two miles away from the ground.
Therefore the best way of reaching the Stadium from Parkway station (unless you arrive in plenty of time and fancy a really long walk), is to jump in a taxi or use buses 73/73A/73B which run past the Stadium from the station itself.

Around the Ground
There are the usual food facilities inside the Stadium but near the Ground is a row of shops which include a Fish and Chip shop and a Domino’s Pizza whilst across the road from these there is also a Pub.
To find the food outlets from the Stadium, turn left out of the Car Park entrance and continue down the road until it meets a junction. Stay on the left hand side of the road and the shops and food outlets are just a bit further down on the same side.
