Ian Thomas-Moore for me tonight. Absolutely superb. So much running, two great goals and unlucky not to get a third.

Agree with Ian Thomas-Moore an outstanding performance he led by example and deserved a hat trick.

ITM for me was good as stated he ran all night. To have walked back into the dressing room with the match ball would have been the icing on the cake. Who cares if Currans goal was hand ball he also deserved a slap on the back.

But man of the match for me goes to the referee, his positioning to see the penalties was faultless, clear view of the handball and then he sent their management to the stands.

I danced my way back down the M6. living the dream!(Sm20)

No-one spotted my error (or no--one commented on it anyway) so I have now amended it!

As I have just said in my Snippets article, it's a difficult Man of the Match choice if ever there was one but I have also gone with Ian Moore - his workrate and overall performance was amazing.

Full credit also to Craig Curran who I thought had one of his best games for us and every other player cannot really be faulted either.

It was defo one of our best overall team performances of the season. But I have to say that ITM was outstanding.

goodison for the goal line clearance ,cld have been oh so different if that had gone it, gordon put in a decent shift for a kid as well, but Moore did the business ,hopefully the ref enjoys his park hamper at Xmas (Sm161)
