Gav To Have Scan

Town midfielder Gavin Williams will have a scan next week which will hopefully give him the go ahead to step-up his recovery.

Gavin has been out of action since Town’s win against Norwich at the start of February when he sustained both knee and ankle damage.

 

It was feared that the ankle could be seriously damaged with extensive swelling and bruising in that area but it turns out the knee was more severely damaged and it needed cartilage surgery to resolve the problem but Gavin is nearly back and if the scan shows now problems with the knee he will be running again next week.
