Parkin In Reserve Action?

Ipswich Town striker Sam Parkin could be back in action on Friday night for Town reserve side following a broken ankle.

Parkin has been out of action since November since breaking his ankle against Reading but after a long lay-off he could be back in action this week for the reserve side along with Nicky Forster.

 

Town manager Joe Royle: “They are both involved again in training and making good progress, Sam might play some part of the game on Friday for the reserves but Fozzie probably needs a bit longer to get up to speed.

 

“We'll go day by day with him but neither of them are failing for effort or enthusiasm.”
