Forster Injury

Ipswich Town striker Nicky Forster has emerged as an injury doubt for Town’s game against Derby County on Wednesday.

The 32-year-old striker missed today’s game against Brighton with a knee injury and he is doubt for Wednesday’s trip to pride park.

 

Town manager Joe Royle: “He has to be doubtful for the Derby trip.

 

“Fozzie reported a swollen knee before training on Friday and the physio staff will have a closer look on Monday to see what the trouble is.

 

“Hopefully it's not too serious but at this stage, he has to be a concern for Wednesday.”
