JVD Back For Millwall Game?

Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle is hopeful that Town defender Jason De Vos can recover in time to face Millwall next month.

The 31-year-old former Canadian international cracked two ribs in Towns win against Cardiff on the opening day of the season, an injury that could see him out for a month.

 

Joe: “He is making progress and managed to get some sleep last night for the first time I think.

 

“A rib injury is very painful. He's cracked one rib badly and has some damage to another but we are hoping he will be back in a couple of weeks.”
