Ipswich Town captain Jim Magilton is unhappy that Wigan’s game against Preston will start nearly 3 hours before Town kick-off against Crewe.
Wigan’s game away at Preston is starting at 12:15 in front of sky sports cameras while Town kick-off at Portman Road at 3pm against Crewe, something Jim is not too happy about.
Jim: “It's too close to the end of the season to be mucking about with kick-off times, there are so many permutations, both at the top, the bottom and the Play-Offs that it would be fairer to everyone to keep all games at the same time at this stage of the season.
“I'm not sure I want to know the result of the Wigan game but I'm sure we will by the time we go out to play.
“Knowing the result from there could effect some players but it's important that we remain focussed on what we have to do and that's beat Crewe.
“If we win on Saturday, it's going to go to the final day of the season whatever happens with Wigan.”
