Ipswich Town goalkeeper Kelvin Davis was pleased with his performance against Wolves last night but disappointed it went to waste.

Davis Disappointed

The Town shot stopper made a number of great and important saves to stop Wolves completely mauling Town last night but he disappointed it was wasted at Wolves beat town 2-0.

Davis: “I was pleased with my own performance but the end result is that we lost the game and that's obviously disappointing, it's always nice when you know you have done your job properly but it's a shame that after making two or three saves in the first-half, we couldn't find a way back into the game.

“Half-time couldn't come soon enough really and we just couldn't get out game going in the first 45 minutes.

“If Benty's chance had gone in early in the second-half, it might have been a different story but it didn't and we have to get on with it and get back in the running with a win against Sunderland .”
