More than 500 Ipswich Town fans will be able to watch 11 of the 12 remaining fixtures at Portman Road after buying half season tickets.

More than 500 Ipswich Town fans will be able to watch 11 of the 12 remaining fixtures at Portman Road after buying half season tickets.

The first game covered by the half season tickets is the game against Stoke City on the 28th (kick off 3pm) the half season ticket also allows fans to book tickets for Town’s home games in the FA Cup.

Towns ticket office manager John Ford has said “Obviously the savings have appealed to fans and there has also been a Christmas element.

“I think many people have bought tickets as Christmas presents for friends or relatives who may be regulars at Portman Road but don't have a season ticket.

“Looking at the games to come over the second half of the season as well, we have the likes of West Ham, Sunderland, Leicester and Derby so there are some big matches there.”
