Manager of the month and Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle is pleased to of won the manager of the month award.

Joe is pleased to of won the award for the third time since becoming Town manager and he also pleased for the club because “it means we are being successful.”

Royle: “Obviously I am very pleased and it's great for Ipswich Town, it means we are being successful.

“I know all about the curse that is said to go with the award and we will just have to break that.

“I also hope that five more Manager of the Month awards come my way this season because that would mean we would be in with a great chance of making the Premiership.”
