Ipswich Town defender Gerard Nash has reported no problems on his knee after a minor knock in Saturday’s U18 win against Arsenal.
Nash who is still slowly coming back from the second of two cruciate ligament operations went for Scans on Monday and they have shown no damage which can only be good news for the 18 year old defender who made his Town debut almost a year ago.
Town physio Dave Williams has said: “It looks as though Gerard has tweaked his medial ligament and that will put him out for two or three weeks on the face of it, he will have some more scans later in the week to see how it's settling down but the specialist has looked at the cruciate ligament and that seems fine which is obviously good news for Gerard and the Club.”.
