Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle is full of praise for substitute Pablo Couñago after today’s 2-0 win against Millwall at Portman Road.

Royle has said that: “We needed some inspiration because Millwall were defending well and Pablo provided it, We thought if we could get the ball into his feet, he could hurt them but as it turned out, it was from a good old fashioned flick on that set up the first goal.

“He took his goal superbly as well and now I hope he pushes on and shows that he deserves a place in the team.

“He's a special talent, he's a strong for his size and can be a real potent force for us.”.
