Ipswich town midfielder Tommy Miller will sit out training this week after picking up an ankle injury playing against wolves yesterday.

Ipswich town midfielder Tommy Miller will sit out training this week after picking up an ankle injury playing against wolves yesterday.

The midfielder who scored Town’s second goal on Monday has been to told to rest, which he can do as Town have two weeks before another game.

Ipswich manager Joe Royle has said that: “We have got a few bumps and bruises so I welcome the break, we have got a small squad so it will give us time to treat a few players and also get Jim Magilton fully fit after the skipper missed pre-season with his thigh injury.”.
