Ipswich Town have a golden opportunity to top the football league championship and take points off a possible promotion rival in the shape of Wolves.

Ipswich manager Joe Royle knows how Dave Jones at Wolves is feeling after Wolves have failed to win any of the four games played so far, much like Ipswich last season.

Joe Royle only has one injury problem ahead of the match, young full back Matt Richards is still suffering from an infection in a gash in his foot, Other than that a fully fit squad.

Dave Jones on the other hand will be with out new signing Ki-Hyeon Seol who didn’t sign for wolves in time to eligible for the bank holiday weekend games. Joachim Bjorkland, Dean Sturridge and Carl Cort are all doubtful. Vio Ganea and George Ndah both look be out.

This time last year Ipswich had just been beaten 4-1 by West Brom and ended the day bottom of the league, its looking so much rosier now, if Wigan and Stoke both fail to win tomorrow Town could go top.
