Ipswich Town defender Matthew Richards is going to miss Ipswich’s trip to Millmoor on Saturday with a gashed foot.

Ipswich Town defender Matthew Richards is going to miss Ipswich’s trip to Millmoor on Saturday with a gashed foot.

Matt is out of the trip to Rotherham’s Millmoor ground after the gash in his foot became infected while Fabian Wilnis will face a fitness test before he knows weather or not he will travel and to add to Joe Royle’s selection problem Tony Dinning is also a minor doubt although Jim Magilton should be fit to play.

Joe Royle has said that: “Matt is definitely out for the weekend and we still have concerns over Fabian, Tony Dinning has a ricked neck and we will have another look at him on Friday but he is another doubt. as well.

“On a positive note, Jim Magilton is fine now and will play a part on Saturday. He is still short of match practise but is getting there.”.
