Bruce Injury Not Serious

Town defender Alex Bruce's groin injury is not too serious and he should be able to take part in Town's game against Swansea at the weekend. Bruce won't be taking part in the Republic of Ireland's game against Cyprus tonight but will be training with the squad tomorrow before returning to Town.

Town physio Matt Byard: "I have spoken to the Ireland medical team and the injury with Alex is nothing too serious, he was scheduled to do some training with Ireland before being back with us on Thursday.

"We will have another look at him but hopefully he should be able to train with the first team over the next two days and be in contention for Swansea on Saturday."
