Town defender Jason De Vos says he is pleased with the way his recovery is going after surgery on his foot towards the end of last season. Jason: "My recovery has gone well and I'm where I hoped I would be, I will have to taper my training to suit my recovery but things are progressing well.
"I have to be careful but it's the same with Bam Bam and Sylvain, we're all in the same boat."
"I think it's a good idea to have come back a few weeks earlier.
"Normally the first two weeks of pre-season, you just work and work day and night and you can overload the body.
"It's very demanding physically, but this way we will ease our way into it and hopefully that will mean less chance of picking up any early injuries.
"We have been doing tai chi, judo and pilates as well, which are all about injury prevention. It's all about finding what works for each individual."
