Clarke A Concern

Town striker Billy Clarke is doubt for Town’s game against Leeds on Saturday after aggravating his ankle against Cardiff.

Clarke missed the game against Barnsley with the injury he first picked up against Norwich last month.

 

Town's Head of Sports Science, Dave Williams: “Billy took another knock on the ankle at Cardiff.

 

“It's aggravated the injury and he's had a scan. It's confirmed that he is suffering with bone bruising.

 

“It's sore and he has sat out training so far and we'll have another look at it later in the week.

 

“It's nothing serious but obviously at this stage he is a concern for the weekend.”
